My great grandfather is shown as age 12, and on his CSA pension application

Ga., and later to Fla. I don't think he ever went back to S.C. He had relatives

BOURDEAUX
My ancestor was ISAAC BOURDEAUX in Germany. The Isaac Bourdeaux
born c1671 that I am looking for is missing from records in Germany
since 1694, when he was 23 years old. In 1694 he gave up his "Bürgereid"
as inhabitant of the town Emden, North Germany, and is never found again,
perhaps leaving Germany. The names ISAAC and ELISABETH (Elisabeth Juhan
is a sister to Isaac Bourdeaux) were used in my familiy in the past. 19

BROOKER
I am trying to find a connection to William Henry Brooker, born Sept.
19, 1796. The first time I found him was in Coweta County, Georgia. All
the family first names in the information on the internet about the Brookers
are the same in my family all the way down to my father whose name was John
Henry Brooker of Whitfield County, Georgia. 29 Sept. 2003 |

BROOKER
I am trying to find out the name of the parents/siblings of William Brooker
who married Margaret Carter in Tattnall County, GA on 13 July 1825. The marriage
records has Brooker spelled Brookes...the r must have looked like a s. They
moved to the Tampa area in Florida around 1840. William was my grt, grt
grandfather. I think the Brookers were up north possibily in Philadelphia,
then came to SC before or right after the Revolutionary War , and then into
GA ( my William Brooker--misspelled Brookes on marriage certificate-- and
Margaret Carter were there in 1825) and finally William and Margaret moved
to the Tampa area in FLorida around 1840. However, I have not been able to
find the connection to the GA or SC Brookers. I know there are 3 sets of
Brookers: one group is Black, one group is German who originally spelled
their name Brocker, and my group are the old English settlers/pioneers.

BROWN
William Brown from Hanover and Albemarle Counties that finally settled
in SC with his brother Bartilot. I've been researching the Browns for almost
20 years now and have lately been trying to find out more about Benjamin
Senior's first 2 wives. I descend from two of Benjamin's sons from his last
marriage to Sara Thomson. They were Bernard and Benajah. Do you know how
many wives William Brown had and what their names might have been. I have
heard that William married a Jennings. My undertakings lately have led me
to the conclusion that Benjamin Sr. 1st or 2nd wife was Elizabeth Dabney
who was there daughter of John and Sarah Jennings Dabney. If William did
marry a Jennings, do you know who her parents were or where they came from?

BRYAN
There was a Lewis Bryan(t), possibly junior, in the will of Lewis Bryant
of Barnwell Co, SC. He was also listed in the Estate sale of this older Lewis
Bryant, presumed but not proven to be the Father. Lewis Bryant, (Jr),
was married to a Patience _______, b. about 1822. This is the couple
that showed up in Jackson Co., GA in the 1840 Census. He then was
listed as Lewis E. Bryant, b. SC in 1820, which makes it very reasonable
to believe that he was the right on. Unfortunately, I've looked everywhere
in SC and have NOT been able to find a Lewis E., nor a marriage to a Patience.29
