In Trust for Francis, wife of James Wilson, in trust for Sarah Wilson & Francis Wilson, children of said James and Frances Wilson, signed Thomas O'Bannon. James Wilson, Fanny Wilson, Wilson Cook, John A. O'Bannon, wit: Sarah O'Bannon, Jacob Free 2 Sept. 1800. Book A page 56 Fanny O'Bannon, wife of said Thomas O'Bannon swears to same 2 Sept. 1800.
Deed Book 2 p203 James Wilson from Thomas O'Bannon L&A 100 - 500 acres by Toby's Creek. 5/31/1801 11/6/1801.
O'Bannon mentions two daughters: Francis and Elizabeth. Deed Book 2 pages 204 and 205 state another O'Bannon daughter Elizabeth Swicord widow (1801) and "nephew George Tolwin Swicord, plat on page 207.
