Hello my name is Robyn Stanley Smith and Owen Stanley is my ggggrand father and Levi Stanley Sr. is my gg grandfather. Levi Stanley Jr. [sugar] would have been my greatgrand father. His son Harry Stanley was my grandfather.I have been trying to find out info on them . I live in Kentucky. I also have 3 sisters who live in Ind. Our father Thomas stanley past away 2 years ago he started the research. I'm just trying to finish it. Robyn Stanley Smith
I know for a fact there is Stanley gypsies burdened in Scott Co, Georgetown, Ky. I remember meeting them at the cemetery on Memorial day and mother and father's day... My cousin married into the family years ago. Recently, they claim that they aren't "gypsies" and never were. In fact, I met the King of Gypsies when I was a child.. He is buried in the same cemetery.
