Page 37: October Court 1771. The last Will of John Gill, deceased, was proved by the oaths of Jno. Bott & Willliam More, witnesses, and recorded. Daniel Gill, the Executor therein named gave Bond.
Page 48: Nov. Court 1771. An Inventory of the Estate of John Gill, deceased, was returned, ordered that the same be recorded.
Page 59: January Court 1772. Acct. of Edith Brown, Sarah Goode, Joseph Gill Jr., & Robert (Donato?) against the Estate of Joseph Ferguson.
Page 100: May Court 1772. John Gill vs. Jordan Anderson. Daniel Gill, witness.
Page 108: June Court 1772. A report of the Processioners of a Line in dispute between Daniel Gill and James Gill being returned, ordered that the Sheriff with a Jury and the Surveyor go on the same, as the Law directs.
Page 141: August Court 1772. A report of the Surveyor & Jury taken on the lines in dispute between James Gill and Daniel Gill pursuant to a former order of this Court being now returned in these words to wit, "for obedience...........report be recorded and established and that the Cash be paid by the said James Gill."
Page 213: Jan. Court 1773. Buchanan Hastie & Co., PL. against Daniel Gill, Def.
The Def. did not appear. He was to pay a fine, plus costs.
Page 234: March Court 1773. A Deed from Daniel Gill to John Royall was acknowledged by the said Daniel, ordered that the same be recorded.
Page 258: April Court 1773. Isaac Freeland, Plaintiff, vs. John Gill & Roger Atkinson, Defs. Dismissed.
Page 291: June Court 1773. A Deed from Peter Gill & his wife to Roger Atkinson was proved by the oaths of Humphrey Traylor, Peter Pride, & Robert Traylor, witnesses thereto, ordered that the same be recorded.
Page 313: Aug. Court 1773. Buchanan Hastie & Co., Plaintiff, against Daniel Gill, Def.
Motion on replevy Bond. The Def. having notice of this motion and not appearing by Judgment must pay a fine with interest from May 20th 1773 til pd.
Page 334: Sept. Court 1773. Daniel Gill assignee of John ( ? ), PL., against John Goode & Thomas Goode. Debt case.
Page 384: Dec. Court 1773. John Ellis & Jos. Gill Execs. of John Elliot, dec'd, PL., against John Martin Exec. of Christ. Martin, dec'd., Def. Ordered that this suit be dismissed.
Page 386: Jan. Court 1774. A Deed from Daniel Gill to William Gibbs & John Dance was proved by the oaths of William Dance, Drury Dance & Herod Gibbs witnesses thereto. Ordered to be recorded.
