Page 198: Sept. Court 1791. Susanna Gill, late widow of William Harding, deceased, and Executrix in the last will and Testament of the said William Harding, deceased, named came into Court and gave Bond and took the Oath required by Law.

Page 328: April Court 1792. A deed from Susannah (Mann?) to Susannah Dunnivant? was proved by the oaths of Armistead Davis, (James Gill?) and Stanton Andrews, witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded.

Page 331: April Court 1792. A deed from George Cousins to Rowlett Gill was acknowledged by the said Cousins and ordered to be recorded. This deed is the same deed from Cousins to Gill that was proved July 1791, which Mr. Gill (chose?) to have here acknowledged for some reason of his own.

Page 332: April Court 1792. On the motion of Stephen Gill who gave Bond as required by Law, leave is granted him to keep an Ordinary at his House in this County for the term of one year next ensuing the date hereof.

Page 354: May Court 1792. Stephen Gill (P) vs. Daniel McCallum and Robert Donald, Administrators of John Osborne, deceased (D). Plaintiff failed to prosecute; to pay Defendants five shillings according to Law.

Page 518: Nov. Court 1792. We the Grand Jury do present Rowlett Gill the surveyor of the Road leading from Stephen Gills to Dyson’s Church, for not keeping the same in repair for three months last past.

Page 543: Nov. Court 1792. Ordered that David Mann pay John Gill 50 lb. tobacco for two days attendance at this Court as a witness for the said Mann vs. John Dodd.
