Item; I lend to my beloved wife my entire estate, both personal and real estate during her widowhood or her natural life. I direct her to sell the land that belongs to her in the County of Durham and also the Walters tract adjoining the home tract should the proceeds be needed to pay the debts. I further request that as our children come of age or marry that my wife shall help them what she can conveniently.

Lastly I do herewith constitute and appoint my beloved wife Annie E. Gill my lawful executrix to all intents and purposes to execute this my last will and testament, according to the true intent and meaning of the same.
