From a hand-written note, "Family Record" authored by George Webster Gill:

William George Gill born 24 Mar 1812 in NorthumberlandCo., VA (actually stated as "North Cumberland" by his son George Webster Gill, who wrote this "family record") married Mary Warren Johnson of Abbeville, SC, in Kemper Co., MS on 8 Dec. 1839. Their children were:

1. (1) Virginia Elizabeth  Gill born Nov. 14, 1840
2. (2) Americus Mitchel Gill born 30 April 1842
3. (3) William Warren Gill born 11 April 1844
4. (4) Mary Frances  Gill born 13 April 1846
5. (5) Margaret Jane Gill born 23 May 1848
6. (6) Charles Henry Gill  born 23 Nov. 1850
7. (7) George Webster Gill born 31 Aug 1855, married Pharaby Jane (Jennie Riley) and had the following children:
   1. (1) Luther Morrison Gill   (twin)
   2. (2) Leslie Riley Gill  (twin)
   3. (3) Annie May Gill
   4. (4) Daisy Adella Gill
   5. (5) Carrie Lee Gill
   6. (6) William Robert Gill
   7. (7) Mary Elizabeth Gill
   8. (8) Irene Ethel Gill
   9. (9) Margaret Jane Gill
   10. (10) Georgia  Gill
8. (8) Fannie Elizabeth Gill  born 12 July 1857.
