VAN BYRD	I would like to locate the grave of SAMUEL C. BRUNSON (Mar. 22, 1817 - Mar. 4, 1884). He married CAROLINE JANE DAWSON (Sep. 28, 1823 - Jul. 14, 1906) on Dec. 1, 1853. Children: THOMAS J. BRUNSON (Oct. 18, 1854 - Jul. 28, 1882) and AUGUSTA CAROLINE BRUNSON (Feb. 26, 1863 - Dec. 11, 1884). Samuel received mail at Lawtonville near Estill, SC, in April of 1883, the year before his death. VAUGHN	My 2nd greatgrandfather William Robert "Billy" Vaughn (29 June, 1820 Varnville, Hampton County, SC - 22 June, 1907 Stephens, Oglethorpe County, GA) was reported to have come from Varnville, Hampton County, SC to Oglethorpe County, GA as a very young boy. The information on his parents is rather sketchy where it is known that his mother was the former Louise Matthews. His father's name was said to be Bill Vaughn. It is not known for sure, but believed that Billy Vaughn's parents were from Hampton County, SC. Any information on who their parents, other ancestors & siblings were, would be greatly appreciated.
