I am trying to locate a site in Jasper County that one
time was known as "Indiantown" My grandmother Nancy Eady was native american
and during late 1800s visited this area is north of Beaufort,between Coosawhachie
and Combahee rivers. Does this Native American area remain today? This area
was used burial site for free persons of color before the civil war.I have
a map of showing where Indians lived during the colonial period and it indicate
