Sylvester (called Bud)

(Also, my mother, Elizabeth Dabbs Wisham, was the daughter of Thomas David Dabbs & Jessie Belle Gurganious Dabbs, but was born September 27, 1920, which was too late to get her on the 1920 Census.)

I would greatly appreciate any help on this line of Dabbs as my mom was only 7 when her dad died. (He was 33 years older than her mom, Jessie.) My mom doesn't even know who her grandparents were. Mom is 84 years old now, and her health is failing. I would appreciate any information anyone can share on this family. Also, I have more details, and I am willing to share them with anyone asking.

I especially would like to know what happened to her dad's first family, Rachel, Thomas Zacherie, and James A. Dabbs. She has never heard of these two half brothers. I have searched Cemeteries all over Richland County, with no luck. But there must be others that I know nothing about, I am sure.

I will do free research in Aiken County, SC and Richmond County, GA if needed.

Thanks a Million,

Sarah W. Crook
