In the name of God Amen. I George Mountjoy a resident of the Town of Columbia S. C. do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament in the following words To wit.

1st I commend my soul to God who gave it and my Body to the dust

2ndly It is my wish and desire that after my funeral expenses be paid, that the rest and residue of my personal & Real Estate devolve to Gregory Kelly, Nevertheless in charge for his son John Kelly said Real Estate Consisting of One half of an Acre of land, more or less, lying and situate in said town of Columbia and bounded East and South by lands belonging to A Mills & Es't Geo Oliphant, West by Rice St. & North by Lumber Street

Lastly It is my wish and desire that my relations in Kentucky may be made aware of my decease by letter at same time leaving them my blessing.
