The Church is on Ft. Jackson Blvd, a main entrance to Ft. Jackson off of Garners Ferry Rd., also known as Sumter Hwy. This is in the VA Hospital area.
Anyone with interest in our reunion is welcomed regardless of ancestor ownership of land on post.
We will set up the tables Friday before the reunion on Saturday. A few volunteers are needed to help with this and also the take down of the tables at the close of the reunion. We also need a couple luncheon volunteers to assist with the lunch which will be sandwich preparation. Please email

Ft. Jackson, SC Landowners Descendants Reunion of prior landowners descendants of the property now Ft. Jackson. This will be our 3rd reunion with well over 100 attending.
Our 2010 Reunion will be held at the McCrady National Guard Training Center on Ft. Jackson, SC. Entry will be from Leesburg Rd. From Columbia at I-77, exit 9B, go 15 miles east on Leesburg Rd. and turn left into the McCrady Training Center. At the first stop sign take a right and you will see the National Guard Training School. We will meet in the school gym. The meeting time is 8:30 am, DST. on Oct. 16th. (Saturday)

The Hammond family reunion was held Sunday, October 7 , 2001 at the Fairlawn Community Center on Hwy. 21 North near Blythewood South Carolina. If you are a Hammond , Medlin , Brazell or any other family from the Pontiac/ Fort Jackson area , we welcome you to attend.
