Developed Campgrounds

These campgrounds are equipped with public restrooms, hot showers, and drinking water. Most of the campsites have running water, electrical hookups, and a picnic table.

Primitive campgrounds

These “backcountry” campgrounds have fewer facilities. Some of them are located along trails and have no vehicular access. Many of the ones in the state parks, state recreation areas, and state natural areas are available for organized groups only.
