The Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island are popular beach resorts. Altho these roads have not been officially designated as part of the East Coast Greenway, they are very popular for joggers and bicyclists. Some of the streets have sidewalks and dedicated lanes for bicycles, while others do not. During the summer, traffic can be heavy, especially on the weekends.
