Swamps, creeks, and hiking trails will be found at this state natural area in rural Aiken County. Four spring-fed lakes and the South Edisto River make this a popular place for campers and fishermen.

How to get there	Located off SC #302, west of Wagener, SC. Take I-20 to exit #33 and go southeast on SC #39 for 19.7 kilometers into downtown Wagener. Go south on SC #113 (Main Street) 0.2 km. (three blocks). Turn left and go southwest on SC #302 13.7 km. into the Kitchings Mill community. Go straight onto State Park Road (#53) and follow this road into Aiken State Natural Area.
