Located in the old Mount Pleasant village, Alhambra Hall is an old ferry terminal building that is now a popular place for weddings and receptions. Across the street is a playground and restroom building. Alhambra Hall's porch and the surounding grounds provide a spectacular view of Charleston Harbor.

How to get there

Take I-26 to the Mount Pleasant exit and drive over the Cooper River Bridge. Get in the lane indicating “Coleman Boulevard”. Stay on Coleman Boulevard and go over the Shem Creek bridge. Stay in the far right lane and go straight into the Old Village on Whilden Street. Go southeast on Whilden Street for about eleven blocks, then turn right onto McCants Drive. Follow McCants Drive, which soon becomes Middle Street. The park will be on both sides of the street.
