Several interesting hiking trails wander thru this nature preserve that has been set up to provide feeding and roosting areas for a variety of wading birds. Besides the federally endangered Wood stork, Great egrets, Anhingas, and Great blue herons can be observed on the property. It is now the second largest Wood stork rookery in the state.
