This attractive lakeside recreation area is located along the South Carolina Heritage Corridor. It features lakeside picnic areas, a swimming beach, a boat ramp, and a fish cleaning station.

How to get there

Located on US #221/SC #28 in Parksville, SC, about ten miles south of McCormick.

Take I-20 to exit #199 in Georgia. Go west on Georgia #104 (Washington Road) 0.9 miles (1.5 km.) and turn right onto Georgia #28 (Furys Ferry Road). Go north 7.0 miles (11.3 km.) to the Savannah River. Continue north on SC #28 15.9 miles (25.6 km.) into Parksville, SC. Look for a sign on the left of the road.
