The private lake landing is located at the north end of the Lake Marion Dam. It is an attractive and interesting place to visit, and a popular fishing spot. You also can hike along the top of the dam from here. The pond below the dam is also accessible at the nearby John C. Land, III Landing.

| How to get there |
Located at the south end of SC #260. Take I-95 to exit #119 and go east on SC #261 (West Boyce Street) 3.3 kilometers (2 miles) into the town of Manning. Turn right onto SC #260 (Mill Street) and go south 20.2 km. (12.5 miles). The landing will be at the end of the road.
