Sudden Death of an Aged Man.
W. M. Lock was found dead in his bed Tuesday morning. Mr. Lock's home is just over Pee Dee river a short distance from Stafford's Bridge. Monday he did a full day's work and when he retired at his usually hour that night he appeared to be in excellent health. Tuesday morning when some member of the family went to his room to call him for breakfast he was dead. Mr. Lock was 68 years old and a veteran of the Confederate army. He had resided at his home place over Little Pee Dee for many years and was quite well-known in Dillon. He is survived by several sons and daughters.
