Resolution For
V. D. Game, CSA Veteran

Whereas, it has pleased Almighty God to take from our midst our beloved and esteemed honorary member, Mr. V. D. Game, and while the members of the Pee Dee Chapter of the United Daughters of the Confederacy deeply deplore the loss to our selves and to his bereaved family, yet to bow to the will four Heavenly Father: Therefore be it resolved.
1st. That in the death of Mr. V. D. Game the Chapter has lost a most esteemed member; our town a most honorable citizen, our State a patriotic son.
2nd. That this chapter extends to the bereaved family its fullest sympathy and joins with them in sorrow for the irreparable loss that has come to them.
3rd. That a copy of these resolutions be sent to the family and that the same be spread on our minute book.
