Mrs. Bailey, 71, Dillon, Rites today.

Dillon-Dec 29 (Special)-Funeral services for Mrs Golden Bailey, 71, who died in St Eugene Hospital last night after several weeks of illness, will be conducted at 3 o'clock Thursday afternoon from the church by the Rev R C Melton of Rockingham, and the Rev W E Bost of Dillon. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. The body will be at the home of a daughter, Mrs Marie Wilkerson, until time for the service.

Besides Mrs Wilkerson, Mrs Bailey is survived by another daughter, Geneva Compton of Newport News, Va; two sisters, Mrs Melvinia Rogers and Mrs Harvey Jackson of Latta, and two brothers, D M and Reddin Herring of Dillon County. She was a daughter of the late Edmond and Swannie Hamilton Herring of Marion County.
