Harvey Cox, School Board Member, Dies

Floydale--Harvey Daniel Cox, 67, died Friday in a Marion hospital after a long illness.

He was born in Dillon County, a son of the late James Benjamin and Catherine Brigman Cox. He was a retired farmer and member of Acacia Lodge 189. He was a member of the Latta District Schools for 13 years.

Services will be 3pm Sunday in Pyerian Baptist Church with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery. Cottingham Funeral Home is in charge.
