William Asa McDonald, 85, of Rte 1 Hamer, died Wednesday morning in a local hospital after a long illness.

Funeral services were conducted at 3pm Thursday at Cottingham Funeral Home in Dillon by the Rev Graham J Spurrier and the Rev Christopher Poole, with burial in Riverside Cemetery, with Masonic Rites.
