Pierce Hamilton

Dillon--Pierce Hamilton, 82, a retired farmer, died Friday.

Born in Dillon County, he was a son of the late Steven and Lennie Huggins Hamilton.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs Ressie Taylor Hamilton; a daughter, Mrs Nettie Goodyear of Hamer; two sons, Thomas Hamilton of Dillon and Douglas Hamilton of Burlington, NC; a brother, Joe Hamilton of California; four grandchildren and a great- grandchild.

Services will be 3pm Sunday in the Cooper Funeral Home. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
