Paul Henslee Wiggins
Paul Henslee Wiggins, age 79, died Wednesday, June 9, 1999 at the V A Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC.
Mr Wiggins was born in Dillon, July 2 1919, a son of the late Elias Pearl and Joseph Smith Wiggins. He was a World War II Navy Veteran, having served on the USS Gilmore. Mr Wiggins was a retired grocery store manager and a member of Mt Calvary Baptist Church.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday June 12, 1999 at Mt Calvary Baptist Church. Burial was in the church cemetery, directed by Kannaday's Funeral Home of Dillon.
He is survived by his son, James Paul Wiggins of Dillon; brother, Norman Wiggins of Fayetteville, NC; sisters, Neva W Moody of Hamer, Janie W Stevens of Fayetteville, NC, Lucille W Huggins and Winnie W Stanton, both of Dillon, Lois W Wallace of Little Rock, and Jean W Branch of Augusta, Ga.
Memorials may be made to Mt Calvary Baptist Church, 405 Mt Calvary Rd, Dillon, SC, 29536.
