Huggins Cemetery, photo by Buddy Harrelson, 2007

Huggins Cemetery, east of Mullins, was, I am told, the site of the first Macedonia Methodist Church. It was at one time a large cemetery, but the land was plowed over and only two graves remained at the publishing of 101 Cemeteries In Marion County, South Carolina (Marion County Historical Society, 1985).--Victoria

The following transcription was done by Victoria Proctor, April 2007, from Mr. Harrelson's photo. Many thanks, Mr. Harrelson!
