Huggins Cemetery, east of Mullins, was, I am told, the site of the first
Macedonia Methodist Church. It was at one time a large cemetery, but the land was plowed
over and only two graves remained at the publishing of 101 Cemeteries In Marion
County, South Carolina (Marion County Historical Society, 1985).--Victoria
