WILLIAMSON
The first of this name came from London, England, some time before the Revolutionary War. His name was Joseph Williamson, was a merchant either in or near Georgetown, and married the Widow Jordon - her maiden name was Mary Jenkins; to them were born two sons, Joseph and John. Joseph died when young. John married Martha Owens.
