Mrs William HarePeeDee- Mrs Janie S. Hare 81 wife of William Hare died Sunday in a Marion hospital.
Born in Marion County she was a daughter of the late Johnny and Janie Elizabeth Sweat.
Surviving are her husband, five daughters; Mrs Lillian Biles,Mrs Irene Mullis and Mrs Virginia Aycock of Kannapolis N.C. Mrs Geneva Sweat of Washington D.C. and Mrs ella Mae Sweat of PeeDee; two sons, Leon and Eugene Sweat of Kannapolis; five brothers Charlie and Willie Sweat of Kannapolis, Bennie Sweat of Salisbury N.C. Henry sweat of Mount Holly N.C. and Sam Sweat of Lexington N.C. and three step-sons Wilson Hare of Florence, Troy Hare of Dillon and Clyde Hare of Pamplico.
Services will be at 11 am Tuesday in Smith Brothers Funeral Home in Marion with burial in oak Grove Cemetery.
