Gary Marlowe, Marion, Dies.
Mullins, Jan 8—(Special)—Gary Marlowe, 56, former farmer of Marion, died at
11 o’clock Sunday morning after being critically ill for the past month.
Funeral services will be held at Meares Funeral Home at 3 o’clock Tuesday
afternoon, with the Rev Mr Smith, Southern Methodist minister, in charge. Burial will
take place at Miller’s Methodist Church.
Surviving are his widow, the former Miss Maude Turner; two brothers, J D
Marlowe of Moncks Corner and W A Marlowe of Marion; three sisters, Mrs Tom
Barfield of Lake View, Mrs Lennie Brown of Florence and Mrs Lonnie Marlowe of
Jacksonville, Fla.
The body will remain at the Meares Funeral Home until the funeral hour.
