W Hubert Snipes
Rocky Mount, NC--W Hubert Snipes, 82, died Friday in a local hospital after a long illness.
Funeral services will be today at 3pm in Tayost Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Marion, SC, Monday at 2pm with Masonic rites.
Mr Snipes was born in Marion County, son of the late Wilson and Minnie Caroline Timmons Snipes.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs Kermit Briason and Mrs Clarence Lee Lamm of Rocky Mount.; two sisters, Mrs MV Mareck of Myrtle Beach, SC and Mrs Fred Turbeville, Jr o Florence, SC; a niece, Mrs Clarence D Willis of Johnsonville, SC. Smith Brothers Funeral Home, Marion, SC is in charge of local plans.
