T E Snipes, 58 of Marion
Marion---Funeral services for Thomas Earl Snipes, 58, will be conducted from the Spring Branch Methodist Church at 4pm Saturday by the Rev Jimmie Huggins and the Rev John Williams.
Mr Snipes died Thursday night at his home. He was born in Marion County, son of the late J W and Annie Stephens Snipes. He was a member of the Farm Bureau, the Grange, and was a director of the Marion County Fair Association.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs Irene Rogers Snipes; two sons, Larry of Clemson College, and Wendell of the home; one sister, Miss Azalee Snipes of Marion; two brothers, J Perry and Wilson Snipes of Marion.
The body is at Bullard Funeral Home. (hard to read the first part of the name of the funeral home on my copy)
