Ex Parte Mrs Mary Spivey
In Re Estate of Doc E Spivey
Petition for Letter of Administration
The petition of the undersigned respectfully shows this Court that her
husband Doc E Spivey late of the State and County aforesaid died intestate on the 28th day
ofDecember 1906 leaving as his heirs at law and next of kin his widow, the petitioner
herein, and the following children to wit : George Spivey aged nine years, Coy Spivey
aged 6 Six years, Charles Spivey aged two years, and Edmond Spivey aged three
months. That the said Doc E Spivey left a personal estate of the approximate value
of twelve hundred and fifty dollars, consisting of a life insurance policy of about nine
hundred and fifty dollars, and live stock and farming implements and tools of the value
of about three hundred dollars. That an administration upon the Estate and effects of the
said Doc E Spivey is necessary.
Wherefore your petitioner prays that letter of administration upon the
Estate and effects
of the said Doc E Spivey be granted to her upon her filing with this Court a good and
sufficient bond for the faithful discharge of her duties as such administratrix.
