Sept 9th - Qualified Christian Carmichael and Duncan Carmichael Admrx and Admr on the Estate of Neill Carmichael they giving Dugal Carmichael and Donald McCall securities in the sum of $5,500. Letters of Appraisement issued. Sept 20 - Permission granted for sale of certain personal property. Oct 2nd - Petition for sale of two old negroes, Ben and Lucy, property of dec'd, at publick sale. 1810: - March 31st - Granted Orders for Sale of all Goods and Chattels. May 5th - Received Return of Duncan and Christian Carmichael for the Estate of Neill Carmichael dec'd.

COLEMAN, Seth	1802	William COLEMAN	June 29 - Granted Citation to William COLEMAN to administer on the Estate of Seth Coleman late of Smiths Swamp deceased. July 27 - Qualified.
