WILL OF ELIAS BARNES
In the name of God Amen., I. Elias Barnes. do make this my last will and
Testament. in the first place, I desire that all my Just debts, and
funeral expenses. be fully paid.--, after which, all that may be left,
it is my will that it shall belong to the Children of my Nephew. Joel
Barnes., share and share alike - my little property consists of Cattle,
hogs, and a few debts, which my Executor will Collect as soon after. my
death, as he conveniently can.,. and with it pay my said debts.
Lastly I nominate Constitute and appoint my Nephew. Joel
Barnes Executor of this my last Will and testament,
Witnefs my hand and seal this: fifth
day of June A. D. 1835. and in the fifty
Ninth year of american Independence.
