WILL of JONAH COLLINS 

South Carolina} 
Marion District} In the name of God Amen, I Jonah Collins do make this my 
last will and Testament- first I recommend my soul to almighty God who gave 
it my body to be decently in a christian like manner, and as tuching (sic) 
worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me with in this life, I 
dispose of in the following manner to my beloved wife Sarah Collins I loan 
all my lands of which I may die seized and possessed during her natural life 
or widowhood and upon the happening of either event death or marrage to be 
equally divided among my children & all my personal Estate to be divided in 
like manner, Lastly I nominate, constitute and appoint my---------------    
Executors of this my last and Testament 
Witness my hand and seal this seventeenth day of September A D 1840 
In presence of all erasures                   
And interline co?un before signing                     his
