 Marion District        )   Know all men by these presents that I, Elizabeth

Susannah Cooper of State and District aforesaid being of Sound and disposing

mind memory and understanding do hereby make and ordain this my last Will

and Testament, hereby revoking and making Void all former Wills by me at any

Item 1.  It is my Wile and desire and I direct that My Negro Woman Sarah

         and Child be Sold as Soon after my decease as Convenient and

         practicable - that from the Proceeds of Said Sale of Negro Woman

         and Child ale my just debts that I may owe at my decease be paid -

         and that the balance or residue after Such debts are paid be equally

         divided between ale my Brothers and Sisters who may be alive after

         my decease and my half-Brother Franklin Williams Cooper - Share
 
         and Share alike - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Item 2 - It is my Wile and desire and I hereby dirict that a Note for Sixty

         dollars and upwards, now in my pofsefsion, given by my Brother Robert

         Drayton Cooper for Value received be at my decease given to my be-

         loved niece Mary Jane Cooper, daughter of Said Robert Drayton Cooper -

Item 3 - It is my wile and desire and I hereby dirict that a Note for Thirty

         Dolears now in my pofsefsion given by my Brother in Law A N W Gregg

         for Value received - be, at my decease given to my beloved Niece
                                         given
         Elisa Jane, daughter of aforesaid Brother in Law A N W Gregg - - - - -

            And I hereby make appoint and Ordain my beloved Brother Robert

Drayton Cooper Executor of this my last Will and Testament - In Witnefs whereof

I Elizabeth Susannah Cooper have, to this my Wile written on this One Sheet 

of Paper and on two Sides or paper thereof, Set my hand and Seal this Twenty
