WILL OF
JAMES CREEL
State of South Carolina ) In the name of God Amen I James Creel of said
)
Marion District ) district being weak of body but of sound mind
and memory blefsed be Almighty God for the same do make and ordain this my
Last will & testament in manner and form following first I recommend
that my body be buried in a christian manner and that all my Just debts be
paid I give and bequeath to my son Jefse Creel one dollar I also bequeath
to Sarah Ann Bradley One Cow and Calf then the ballance of my Estate be
equally divided between my wife Elizabeths Children I also give and bequeath
unto my said children by my said wife all that part of her Estate at her
death or marriage to be equally divided between them I also bequeath to my
beloved wife Elizabeth the lands plantation and house also one horse bridle
and Saddle her lifetime I do hereby appoint my wife my sole executrix and
revoke all former wills by me made In witnefs whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and Seal 12th April 1825 Signed Sealed and published & declared
by the above named James Creel to be his last will and testament in the pre-
sence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnefses
