WILL OF
JOSHUA DENNIS
In the name of God Amen. Joshua Dennis of the State of South Marion Dis-
trict finding my bodily health declining but of a sound mind and memory
thanks to Almighty God for the same and Knowing that it is appointed unto
all men once to die do make constitute and appoint this to be my last will
and Testament in manner and form following Item after all my Just debts
are paid I give and bequeath unto my wife Rosanne Dennis all my estate both
real and personal during her natural life Item at the decease of my said
wife Rosanna Dennis I give and bequeath unto my son Israel C. Dennis the
whole of my said Estate both real and personal to him his heirs and afsigns
forever Item I give and bequeath unto my two sons Thomas Dennis and JohnCDen-
nis the property which I have already given off to them to be their full
share to them their heirs and afsigns forever and lastly I do nominate con-
stitute and appoint my wife Rofanna Dennis and my son Israel C Dennis Extx
and Extr of this my last will and testament revoking and making all other
wills by me heretofore made and acknowledge this and no other to be my last
will and testament In witnefs whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal
this Seventh day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand & eight hundred
& twenty nine and fifty third year of American Independence Signed Sealed
