In the State of South Carolina ) In the name of God Amen I Tully
Marion District ) Doudge Planter of the District & State
aforesaid being weak of body but of sound mind memory and understanding do make publish & pronounce this to be my last Will & testament
Imprimis I give & bequeath unto my two loving Daughters Rebeckah Gasque & Frances Coleman and my Grandson William Palmer all that plantation or tract of land containing five hundred acres granted to
‹Joseph Jones› or Mary Jones his wife lying & being on the horsepin Bay to be Equally divided between the said Rebeckah Frances and William Share and share alike to them and theirs heirs forever
Item I give and bequeath unto my beloved son William Dozer One Negros Girl by the name of Milice also one young mare & one Cow & yearling to him & his heirs forever
Item I give and bequeath unto my loving wife Rebeckah all the remainder & residue of my Estate to her and her heirs forever
Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my two Sons Benjamin Dozer and Elias Dozer Executors of this my last will & Testament revoking and disannulling all other wills and Testaments by me heretofore made ratifying & confirming this to be my last Will & testament
In witnefs whereof I have hereunto set my hand & Seal this thirteenth day of September one thousand eight hundred & Six & in the Thirty first year of the Sovereignty & Independence of the United States of America
