In the name of God, amen.

I Benjamin Exum of the State of South Carolina and in the District Marion,
being aflited in Bodey but of Perfect mind and membrey do make consecute and
ordain this to be my last will and testament revoking all former wills by me
ratifying and conrim this to be my last will and testment and Dispose of my
Estate in the manner Following Item X Lend to my well beloved wife Mary Exum
the plantation where am I Now Live as long as she Bare my Name and my will
with all the profits of hir tell my two sons Elijah and John come of full
age and then for them to take persessen of hir and after the Death of my
wife or hir passage the plantation where on I now Live to be equally devided
between my sons Eligah and John with all the test of the Lands belongs to
the above mention plantation also my will and desire is that the a bive
mentioned Lands should be vileyd and the rest of my children should have as
much of my estate as will make them Equal with the two first mentioned
Eliheh and John also my will and desire is that all the rest of my Estate
should be Kept together tell my two sons come of full age and then to be
equal divided among all my Children and I also appoint my well be lovd wife
Mary Exum and my brother William Exum to be Exor to this my last will and
testament and I heare by dissul and revoke all other wills before by me made
Ratifying and Confirming this and No other to be my Last will and testament
in itnefs where unto I have set my Hand and Seal thie the 4 Day of Juky in
the year of our Lord one thousand Eight Hundren and Twoenty One.
