WILL OF JOHN FINKLEA
in the name of God, Amen.
I John finklea Juner of the State of South Carolina in the
District of Marion Being Afflicted in Boddy But in perfect
Mind and Memmory Do consetute and ordain this to be my
Last Will And testament and. Dispose of my Estate in manner
following that is to say after paying of all my Just and
Legal Debts
I give to my Beloved Wife Elisabeath finklea five Head Cattle
to Dispose of as she thinks proper also five Head of Hogs
one Horse plow and gears and my plantation tuls and two feather
Beads and furnetuer and all the Rest of my House Hold and
Kitchen furnetur and one Hundred Acers of Land with all
the Rest of my Estate that I have Not before mentioned
I also appoint my Beloved father John finklea Exor. to this
my Last will and testament and I heare by Disnul and Revoke
all other former Wills before by me Made-Rattefying and
conforming this to and No other to be my Last will and
testament in witnefs here unto I Have set my Hand and
seal this the 24 Day June one thousand Eigh hundrd and seven-
teen
