                           In the name of God amen I Judeth Fore of the 

                           State of South carolina Marion District being

very Sick And weak in body but of perfect mind and memory thanks be to

god for the Same Calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing it

is appointed for all people Once to die do make and ordain this my last 

will and testament.  Vis. principally of all I recommend my Soul unto the

hands of almighty God that gave it me And my body I recommend to the earth

to be buried. by the mighty power of god and as tuching Such worldly State

as it has been pleased God to blefs me With in this life I give and dis-

pose of the Same in the following manner and form all my lawful debts to

be paid-I give and bequeath to My only Daughter Mary White one feather

bed. bedsted and furniture belonging To the bed.  I give to my son William

Fore one bed bedsted and furniture belonging To the bed again I give to my 

Daughter mary White one trunk all the remaining Part of I give to my grand

Daughter Eady McNeill twenty Dollars when my property is Sold and the money 

Collected again I give to my grand Daughter Zilpha gregg twenty Dollars

when my property is Sold and the Money Collected all my property to be Sold

except the two feather beds and trunk and the money when Collected to be 

Equally divided among my Children when all Expenses is paid if any of my 

Children Die without issue the property to return back to my children

I also Confirm this to be my last will and testament  In witnefs whereof I

have here unto Set my hand and seal this twenty Eight of September In the 

year of our lord one thousand Eight hundred and twenty one  I do here unto 

have and appoint Joel Fore and John Fore the lawful- Executors to this my 

last will and testament   Signed Sealed published and declared to be herhir
