WILL OF
ROBERT GREGG
In the name of God Amen
I Robert Gregg of the State of south carolina and Destrict of Marion Being
in Low State of health but in perfect Mind and memory and Calling to mind
the certainty of Death do wish to dispose of my temperal affairs in the
manner and form as following First I recommend my Soul to God who give
it and my Body to be buried in a christian manner by my Executors and all
my Just debts to be paid out of estate and funeral Exspences First I Give un-
to my Beloved Wife Frances M. Gregg the use of all my Estate bouth person-
ally and Real for the bennefit herself and my fore Chrildren her life time
or widohood at the exspiraton of her death or widowhood I wis my estate
to be taken Care of untell the youngest child comes of age and Then to be
esqually divided among my survising Chrildren But should my Beloved wife
Frances Live or Remain a widow when the youngest come to be twenty one
years of age or either of then she is at Liberty to lent then as she
thinks best provided the property is not removed out of the state I also
Nominate and appoint Joseph Gregg an Levy Gregg Executors of this my Last
will and testament In wittnesefs here of I do set my hand and Seal Revokeing
all former wills by me maid I do hereby acknowledge this to be my Last
will and testament In the Year of our Lord one
