LEWIS HARRELSON
State of South Carolina Marion District
In the name of God Amen I Lewis Harrelson of the aforesaid through the
abundant mercy of God though weak in body yet of a Sound & perfect mind
& understanding do constitute this to be my last will and testament and
desire that it may be taken as such First I give to my loving wife Jean
the house & plantation whereon I now live & one negro winch named Jude her
lifetime or widowhood in default of which to my son Hugh Harralson 2ndly
To my daughter Isbill Ford one negroe fellow named Jack Thirdly all the
rest of my property to be equally divided amongst all the rest of my chil-
dren I do constitute and appoint Jefse Bethea George Ford Benjamin Lewis
and James Ford Executors of this my last will and Testament and trustees
for my wife & children In witnefs whereunt I have my hand and Seal this
02th day of May 1804.

after being by me duly sworn on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God saith
that the last will and testament of Lewis Harralson was his will as he told
her on his death bed all but one Negro Gairl Luce that he wanted his son Hue
to have her & all the Stock & property that he had left his wife at her death
or marriage day & James Ford to have Jack at his mothers death likewise the
deed of Gift that he had given to Lewis Huggins he wanted to be good & it
was his will
