                          WILL OF
                    EATON HYMAN

in the name of God Amen, I Eaton Hyman of South Carolina

Marion District in perfect mind and memory thanks be to 

Almighty God for the same do make and ordain this my last 

Will and Testament in manner & form following that is to say

in first of all I wish all my Just debts paid then the rest

of my Estate I lend unto my well beloved wife wil they to 

raise my three children on till the youngest one becomes of 

age Namely William Elisabeth Larrence if she should have

my name but if she Should marry then my will and desire is

that all my Estate personaly and Real be equally divided into

four parts between her and my three children if any one of

my three children Should depart this life before it comes to 

lawful age then my Estate to be divided in the same manner

likewise I constitute and appoint Larrence Hyman Exor to this

my last Will and Testament  Revoking all former wills maid by

me before Signed with my seal and dated this 25^th day of Sept-

ember One thousand eight hundred and nineteen
