WILL OF
ANDREW FARWELL JOHNSON
In the name of God, Amen. I Andrew Farwell Johnsone attorney at Law, liv-
ing in the Village at Marion Courthouse, in the District of Marion, and in
the State of south Carolina, being in health of body and of sound mind, mem-
ory and understandng, Praised be God for the same. Do make this my laft
will and testament in manner and form following, I give, devise and bequeath
unto my beloved nephew Andrew Johnson Dunnam third son of Robert Dunnam &
Ann his wife my beloved and only Sifter. All my three Lots of Land lying &
being situated in the Village at Marion Courthouse known in the plan of said
Village by the Numbers, Twentythree, Twentyfour, & Twentyfive, Also a Tract
of Land Containing six hundred Acres, situated on Little Pee Dee Designated
or known by the name of Catt Bluff, and also One Tract of Land Containing
One Thousand Acres situate, lying & being in Horry District on Simpsons Creek
near Sakkamaw river, which Lands & lots above specified I give and bequeath
unto the above named Andrew Johnson Dunnam his heirs & afsigns for ever, Fur-
ther I give and devise unto the aforesaid Andrew Johnson Dunnam My horfe &
Chair, my household & Kitchen furniture Wearing Apparal, Watch & Jewelry, all
monies, securities for monies And all other property I now or may pofsefs, or
have any Claim to or upon, at the time of my Death. of whatever Description
or Denomination, to him and his heirs for ever, Neverthelefs my will and pleas-
ure is that all my Just Debts, physician, Nurfe & Funeral Charges be paid by
the said Andrew Johnson Dunman before he is entitled to, or takes into pof-
sefsion any of the aforesaid specified property whatever. And I do nominate
Constitute and appoint my trusty Friends Major Richard Godfrey Enos Tart,
William Bellune & Henry Davis Junior of Little Pee Dee Executors of this my
last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all and every other
wills or will at any time heretofore by me made; And do declare this & this
only to be my last will and testament.
In witnefs whereof I the said Andrew Farwell Johnson have hereunto set my
hand and seal this Twenty first day of November in the year of our Lord one
thousand Eight hundred and eight. And in the Thirty third year of the Sov-
ereignty and Independance of the United States of America.
