Marion District ) In the name of God Amen I Andrew F. Johnfon
Attorney at Law of the State & District aforesaid being weak of body
but of sound mind & memory & underftanding do make publish and pronounce
this to be my Last will & testament. Imprimis I give & bequeath unto
my friend John W. Cooper one Lot on the corner of King & queen street
one other Lot adjoining the same in the city of Charleston, also all the
priviledges there unto belong. alfo a tract of Land of seven hundred ac-
res on cat bluff Little peedee River. Alfo a tract of one thoufand
acres on Wacamaw River. alfo /a one house & Lot number twenty four at Mar-
ion court house. alfo one other Lot number twenty three with all my house
hold & kitchen furniture. with my horse & chear & harnefs
2d.. Imprimis I give & Bequeath unto my friend John Colson to him & his
heirs forever one Lot number twenty five near Marion Court house. alfo all my
notes & due bills and monies that the Sheriff shall or may have in his hand
at the day of my death, and alfo the rear rent that shall be due on the a-
bove mentioned lots in the city of Charleston Lastly I nominate conftitute
& appoint Samuel Cooper Esquire Thomas Harllee Esquire ///and Thomas Godbold
Esquire Y John Colson Executers of this my Last will & testament revoking
& disannuling all other wills & testaments by me heretofore made /a /////////ratifying
In witnefs whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this fourth day of
June in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred & Eight and in the
