                             DAVID JONES

In the Name of god Amen.

I David Jones of the District of Marion and State of South Carolina Being

weake in Body, But of Sound and Disposing mind and Memory and understand-

ing; doe make this My Last will and Testament as follows To wit; all Just

Debts to Be paid. I allso gave and Bequeath to my Beloved wife Mary Jones

and My four youngest children James, Davis. Jackson and susan Ann all My

Stock Cattle hogs and horses. and all my hold funitue In and with out doors

Also all My working Tools not other wise disposed of Wherefore I have set

my hand seal; and In the year of our Lord, one thousand Eight hundred

and thirty Nine; and the Sixty third year of American Independance; and

14th of August.
