SARIANN KEITH
In the NAME OF God Amen I Sarann Keith of Marion District and in the State of South
Carolina in perfect Mind and Memory thanks be to almighty god for the same do Make
and ordain this to be my last will and testament in Manner following that is to Say in
first of all Knowing that it is ordained for all flesh to die I Recommend my soll into the
Hands of almighty god that gave it me and my body to the Earth to be Decently Buried at
the Discretion of my Exors in premis first of all I give and beques unto my grandson
William I K Purkins one Negro Man by the Name of polley Don and one feather Bed and
furnetue to him and his heirs for Ever I give and beques unto my son Stephen Keith five
other Negros Named Crop Jack Jud Prinos and Peter and one other feather Bed and
furnetur to him and his heirs for Ever also my will and Desiren is that if William I K
Purkins Should die with out a lawful heirs that the above Named Negro polley Done and
fether Bed and furnurtur Should Return to my son Stephen Keith and his heirs for Ever
after My Death they Reced this property and after paying my Just legal Debt my will and
Desier is that the Rest of my Estate Should be Equely divided between my gran Son
William I K Purkins and my son stephen Keith
Likewise I Constitute and appoint My son Stephen Keith and Lemuel Bryan Exaus to
this My last will and testament Revoking all former wills Maid by me Before this Signed
